Issue Description
Even when the network condition is good, packet loss occurs frequently on a codec.
Handling Process
Step 1 Verify that the network port mode on the codec is set to automatic detection.

Step 2 Verify that the working mode of the switch network port connected to the codec's external network port is set to automatic detection.

Step 3 Log in to the switch serial port.

Step 4 Run display int enthernet 0/0/1.

1 indicates the number of the switch network port connected to the codec's external network port.

Step 5 Run the following commands:

[Quidway]system
[Quidway]interface ethernet 0/0/1 (1 indicates the number of the switch network port connected to the codec's external network port.)
[Quidway-Ethernet0/0/1]negotiation auto (This is to enable adaptation.)
Root Cause
The network port modes defined on the codec and switch do not match.
