Issue Description
After the telepresence system restarts, the camera settings are not saved.
Handling Process
Step 1 Verify that the cable connection between the center telepresence codec and camera is correct.

Step 2 Log in to the center telepresence codec.

Step 3 Run mc camera cfgsendswitch 1 to set the center telepresence codec to send the saved camera settings to the camera when the codec is started.
The mc camera cfgsendswitch 0 command is used to set the center telepresence code not to send the saved camera settings to the camera when the codec is started.

Step 4 Run mc camera cfgreqswitch 1 to set the camera to send a message to the center telepresence codec when the camera is started, requesting the codec to send the camera settings.

The mc camera cfgreqswitch 0 command is used to set the camera not to send such a message to the center telepresence codec when the camera is started.

Step 5 Run mc camera saveconfig 1 to save the camera settings.

The mc camera saveconfig 0 command is used to clear the camera settings. After you run this command, the camera uses its default settings when it is started.
Root Cause
Possible Cause:

 The center telepresence codec is not set to send the camera settings to the camera.

 The camera is not set to request the center telepresence codec for camera settings.

 The camera settings are not saved to the camera.
