switch can't boot up with error File length(0x6e7e) is wrong!Fail after upgrade software vetsion

Issue Description

After upgrade new software vertion during switch rebooting got loop error

1.Press Ctrl+B to enter BOOTROM menu

BOOTROM  MENU


    1. Boot with default mode

    2. Enter serial submenu

    3. Enter startup submenu

    4. Display flash files

    5. Modify BOOTROM password

    6. Reboot


2.Check file on Flash check if the old vertion software file name

7.after that you can check the new vertion file size and try to use command system software startup again 

In V100R006 and earlier versions, the system displays the following information when you run the startup system-software command to specify the software package for next startup: "Warning: Basic BOOTROM will be upgraded. Continue?(Y/N)[N]." You must upgrade the BootROM; otherwise, the switch cannot start.
