VM OS type : windows seven 32 bit professional
Symptom : when customer tried to login to VM he faced this error :Trust relationship between VM and primary domain failed and issue still exist after he dis join and rejoin this VM again to domain
Handling process :
we asked the customer to collect windows logs.
Root Casue :
after checking windows logs we found the there is a Netlog error.
- it is known issue ,The root cause is the lower of NETLOGON’s version will result in this issue.
1- we asked customer to install the hotfix using this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2958122.
2- after NETLOGON version upgrading, re-join the domain, this VM issue will be fixed.
