FAQ---Why Traffic log cannot see in the Web Management

Issue Description

In the device there are many abnormality logs  and in the Web management there is no any traffic logs shown ,the alarms and issues is below :

%2015-11-05 14:08:43 USG6300 %%01CTRLMGMT/2/PROCERR(l): The slot 0 nlog process heartbeat was lost.
%2015-11-05 14:07:43 USG6300 %%01CTRLMGMT/2/PROCERR(l): The slot 0 nlog process heartbeat was lost.
%2015-11-05 14:06:43 USG6300 %%01CTRLMGMT/2/PROCERR(l): The slot 0 nlog process heartbeat was lost.
%2015-11-05 14:05:43 USG6300 %%01CTRLMGMT/2/PROCERR(l): The slot 0 nlog process heartbeat was lost.
%2015-11-05 14:04:43 USG6300 %%01CTRLMGMT/2/PROCERR(l): The slot 0 nlog process heartbeat was lost.

 

Now the USG is running with many service ,it should show the traffic logs ,the current version is  V100R001C30SPC200 .

Solution

The device upgraded to the V500R001 version and then rolled back ,The Log Format of version V500R001 cannot be compatible with the V100R001 after downgrade ,we can see the related operation from below informaiton:

The Solution is to Format the disk :

[system]disk online

[systemdiagnose]reset disk

[system]disk online
