Issue Description
in Mexico, Customer reported that they failed to access storage and about 380 VM’s service is down.
Alarm Information

The customer reporte that he couldn't access to the management portal and he realized that all the VM's got down.

1.1.3.1 Check the system status
Login device manager, we found that the storage system enters minisystem mode


1.1.3.2 Check the minisystem reason
According to the information collected by Winscp, there’s dual controller reset log. And the minisystem mode is caused by the repeat controller reset.

On the storage, there is log show that the copy task queue is full.




Root Cause
Root Cause:When a storage array is processing a large number of data copy requests initiated by hosts, a request wait queue will be generated, when more than 16 VM clone or migration tasks are simultaneously implemented on the host side, the request wait queue will be full and there is a high probability that controllers reset.
Solution
Ensure that the number of VM clone or migration tasks that are simultaneously implemented on the host side do not exceed 16.
