Device using wireless get disconnect & connect constantly

Issue Description
Customer face a issue in the wireless, the devices connected to wireless keep connect and disconnect even if the not move, both laptop and phone get same problem.
Handling Process
Fist clinet IP: 10.76.42.9  connect to SSID WIFI
Second client IP: 192.168.33.106 connect to SSID Smart-Phone
Phone MAC address : f409-d8a4-1434
Laptop MAC address: 9465-9C35-BFA6
Try to ping the clint from the AC there is jitter:

Root Cause

The network for access SW is not stable, need to configure access switch with stp bpdu-protection and stp edged-port enable , that is a security feature designed to protect the active STP topology by preventing spoofed BPDU packets from entering the STP domain. In a typical implementation, BPDU protection would be applied to edge ports connected to end user devices that do not run STP. If STP BPDU packets are received on a protected port, the feature will disable that port and alert the network manager.
