Deleting a RAID Array

Procedure

  1. Access the Configuration Utility main screen. For details, see Logging In to the Configuration Utility.
  2. Delete a RAID array.

    1. On the VD Mgmt tab, select the virtual drive to be deleted.

      The VD Mgmt tab displays all existing virtual drives.

    2. Press F2.

      A shortcut menu is displayed, listing operations that can be performed on the selected virtual drive.

    3. Choose Delete VD and press Enter.

      A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

    4. Select YES and press Enter.

  3. Check the operation result.

    Check the operation result on the displayed screen shown in Figure 8-64.
