The Centralized KVM Page Is Blank


The remote KVM page is blank, and compute nodes cannot be selected.

Possible Causes

  • Java Runtime Environment (JRE) is not installed.
  • JRE plugins are disabled.
  • The bit versions (32- or 64-bit) of the JRE and browser are different.


  1. Check whether JRE has been installed.

    Choose Start > Control Panel, and check whether Java exists.

    If Java does not exist, install a JRE version compatible with the MM910 version.

  2. Enable Java plugins.

    The operation varies depending on the browser you use.

    • Mozilla Firefox

      See step 6 in the ClassNotFoundException.

    • Internet Explorer

      For example, to enable Java plugins for Internet Explorer 11, do as follows:

      1. Click , and choose Internet Options > Programs.
      2. Click Manage add-ons, and enable the Java-related plugins.
  3. Check that the bit version of the JRE is the same as the bit version of the browser.
    1. Check the bit version of the browser. For details, see step 3 in the ClassNotFoundException.
    2. Reinstall the browser or JRE to ensure that the JRE and browser use the same bit version.
