The MM910 IP address entered in the web browser is correct, but the login fails.

Possible Causes

By default, the MM910 versions 5.51 and later support TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 encryption algorithms, which are disabled by default in some browsers. You need to manually enable them.

The following describes how to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 11.0.20.

Upgrade browsers that do not support TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2. For details, see the help documents of the browsers.

  1. Open Internet Explorer, and choose Tools > Internet Options.
  2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab and select Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2, as shown in Figure 6-1.

  3. Click OK.
  4. Attempt to log in to the MM910 again and check whether the login is successful.
