KVM Unavailable After an MM910 Upgrade

Symptom

The KVM is unavailable after the MM910 is upgraded.

Solution

You can manually clear the Java cache about the old KVM client. In this section, Windows 7 and Java 1.6.0 are used as an example to describe how to clear the cache.

  1. Choose Start > Control Panel > Programs > Java.
  2. On the General tab of the Java control panel dialog box, click Settings.
  3. On the displayed dialog box, click Delete Files. On the displayed dialog box, click OK.

    NOTE:

    To prevent this problem from occurring again, it is recommended that you deselect Keep temporary files on my computer on the Temporary Files Settings dialog box.
