Checking the MM910


After the MM910 is powered on, check its health status and software version on the HMM WebUI or CLI.

The following describes how to check the MM910 health status and software version on the HMM WebUI. For details about how to use the CLI, see MM910 Management Module V100R001 Command Reference.



The MM910 is powered on.


Data preparation is not required for this operation.


  1. Check the software version.

    1. Log in to the WebUI of the active MM910. For details, see Logging In to the MM910 WebUI.
    2. On the HMM Web, click the management module in Rear view, and select the Version Information tab.

      The Version Information tab is displayed, as shown in Figure 4-8.

      Software Version indicates the MM910 software version.

    3. Check that the MM910 software version is correct.

      If the MM910 software version is not correct, upgrade the software. For details, see E9000 Server V100R001 Upgrade Guide.

  2. Check the health status.

    1. Check the indicator status on the MM910s.

      The MM910s are working properly if the status of the indicators on the active and standby MM910s are as follows:

      • Active MM910: The PWR, HLY, and ACT indicators are steady green.
      • Standby MM910: The PWR and HLY indicators are steady green, and the ACT indicator is off.

    2. On the HMM Web, select the Alarms tab, as shown in Figure 4-9.

    3. Check for active alarms.
