This alarm is generated when the MEM Bandwidth is higher than the upper limit.

Impact on the System

Some processes are blocked, the system cannot run new processes, or the system performance deteriorates.

Possible Causes

  • The number of ongoing processes in the system is large.
  • The MEM Bandwidth of a process is high.

Procedure

  1. Check whether a large number of services are running.

    • If yes, go to 2.
    • If no, go to 3.

  2. Increase the memory usage threshold or stop unnecessary services to release memory resources. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 3.

  3. On the HMM WebUI, choose System Management > Information Collection, and collect logs.
  4. Contact Huawei technical support.
