System Actions

The active/standby failover is executed when a critical alarm is generated for only the active MM910

Possible Causes

  • The network port is faulty.
  • The LSW is faulty.

  1. Reboot the MM910. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

You can restart the MM910 using either of the following methods:
    • On the HMM WebUI, choose System Management > Firmware Upgrade > MM and press the reset button.
    • On the HMM CLI, run the reboot command.

During the restart, the system cannot be centrally managed, and services are not affected.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 2.

  2. On the HMM WebUI, choose System Management > Information Collection, and collect logs.
  3. Contact Huawei technical support..
