Alarm message:

The RAID array of SD cards is invalid. 

This alarm is generated when the RAID array of SD cards is invalid.

NOTE:
  • This alarm also applies to SATADOM and M.2 disks.
  • For details about the SD card slot information, see the user guide of the server you use.

Possible Causes

  • An SD card is removed.
  • An SD card is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the SD card is installed.

    • If yes, go to 3.
    • If no, go to 2.

  2. Install an SD card. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 5.

  3. Remove and reinstall the SD card. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 4.

  4. Remove and reinstall the SD card. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 5.

  5. On the HMM WebUI, choose System Management > Information Collection, and collect logs.
  6. Contact Huawei technical support.
