Power supply to arg1 failed or timed out. 

This alarm is generated when the Base plane is powered off exceptionally or the power-on of the Base plane timed out.

  2. Reseat the switch module. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

  3. Replace the switch module. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.
