Alarm message:

Sensor access degraded or unavailable Mngmnt Health

This alarm is generated when the Mngmnt Health sensor detects that any other sensor fails to access a value or the sensor driver is abnormal or the MM910 detects one of the following faults:

  • The health status line is faulty.
  • The active/standby status line is faulty.

This alarm is generated by the following sensors:

  • OppBoard Health
  • OppBoard Active

Impact on the System

An abnormal sensor cannot monitor components

Possible Causes

An error occurs in the management software.


  1. Restart the standby HMM. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 2.

  2. On the HMM WebUI, choose System Management > Information Collection, and collect logs.
  3. Contact Huawei technical support.
