This alarm is generated when the hot swap status of the compute node transits to M7 and the communication is disconnected.

This alarm is generated by the following sensors:

Impact on the System

The data transmission between the compute node and the MM910 is affected.

Possible Causes

  • The chassis is faulty.
  • The compute node is busy. For example, firmware is being upgraded.
  • The board is removed incorrectly.


  1. Check whether the compute node is being upgraded.

    • If yes, go to 2.
    • If no, go to 3.

  2. After the upgrade is complete, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 3.

  3. Reseat the compute node and then check whether the alarm is cleared..

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 4.

  4. On the HMM WebUI, choose System Management > Information Collection, and collect logs.
  5. Contact Huawei technical support.
