    • If not, go to step 5.
  4. Check whether the original active device is faulty. Perform master/slave switchover to check whether the active/standby switchover can be performed.
    • If so, go to step 6.
    • If not, go to step 5.
  5. Collect traps, logs, and configurations, and contact Huawei technical support engineers.
