Clearing Traffic Statistics
Context
The cleared flow-based traffic statistics cannot be restored. Exercise caution when you use the reset command.
Procedure
- Run the reset traffic policy statistics { global [ slot slot-id ] | interface interface-type interface-number | vlan vlan-id } inbound command to clear statistics on packets matching a traffic policy in the system, an interface, or a VLAN.
- Run the reset qos queue statistics [ queue queue-index { inbound interface interface-type interface-number | outbound interface interface-type interface-number [ from interface { interface-type interface-number | all } ] } ] command on the S2700-52P-EI, S2700-52P-PWR-EI, S3700SI, and S3700EI to clear traffic statistics in a queue on an interface.
