Checking the CH222

  • Check the version information of the CH222 and ensure that the version information meets the site requirements.
  • Check for alarms about the CH222.

Changing the default integrated management module (iMana 200) user password

Change the default password for the administrator root.

Configure the iMana 200 IP address of the server.

Changing the default iMana 200 U-boot password


Logging In to the Real-Time Desktop

Log in to the MM910 in remote control mode over the web user interface (WebUI).

Configuring the redundant array of independent disks (RAID)

The CH222 supports the LSISAS2208 and LSISAS2308 RAID controller cards. Select one of the following RAID properties as required:

  • LSISAS2208: RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 10, RAID 50, and RAID 60
  • LSISAS2308: RAID 0, RAID 1, and RAID 1E

Configuring the basic input/output system (BIOS)

Configure the server BIOS, including the boot mode, network drive, preboot execution environment (PXE) options of the network interface card (NIC), and BIOS password.

Installing an operating system (OS)

Install an OS for the CH222.
