Installation Positions
The CX310 can be installed in the four slots at the rear of the E9000 chassis. The four slots are 1E, 2X, 3X, and 4E, as shown in Figure 2-2.

The numbers on the left side are port serial numbers. The arrow direction of a triangle indicates the direction of a port.
ESN
An Equipment Serial Number (ESN) uniquely identifies a server. An ESN is required when you apply for technical support from Huawei.

The years from 2010 are represented by upper-case letters excluding I, O, and Z because the three letters are similar to the digits 1, 0, and 2.
