Application in Universities
There are more and more types of intelligent terminals in classrooms, including multimedia computers, smart large screens, APs, and cameras.
To meet the requirements of smart classroom development, a simplified architecture can be deployed to make network deployment and operation more flexible and efficient.

All-optical switches are deployed in each teaching building and connected to all classrooms through optical fibers.
- One or two central switches are deployed in the equipment room of the building, and are dual-homed to the core switch in the central equipment room of the school through optical fibers.
- One RU is deployed in each classroom and connected to a central switch through hybrid cables.
- Each RU connects to terminals such as APs, cameras, and PCs, supports PoE, and provides power for APs and cameras.
- The converged AC function is deployed on the core switch to implement wired and wireless convergence management.
