Appendix A List of Indicators

System Status Indicator

The system indicator SYS is located on the chassis or the SRU, showing the system running status. When the SYS indicator is on the SRU, an ACT indicator is located next to it, as shown in Table 7-1.

Steady red: A fault that affects services has occurred. The fault cannot be rectified automatically and needs to be rectified manually.

Fast blinking green: The system is powering on or restarting.

Steady red: A fault that affects services has occurred. The fault cannot be rectified automatically and needs to be rectified manually.

ACT: (active/standby status indicator)

Steady on: The SRU is in active state.

Off: The SRU is in standby state.

Power Module Indicator

Table 7-2 describes states of the power module indicator.

Fan Module Indicator

Table 7-3 describes states of the fan module indicator.

Card Status Indicator

A card's STAT indicator shows the card running status. Table 7-4 describes states of the STAT indicator.

CON/AUX Port Indicator

The CON/AUX port and the MiniUSB port share the same port, and only one of them can be used at a time. By default, the CON/AUX port is valid and the EN indicator is steady green, regardless of a cable is connected to the port. Table 7-5 describes states of the CON/AUX port indicator.
