This topic describes an example for configuring the fibre channel over Ethernet (FCoE) feature of the CX311.

FCoE Feature Configuration Example

Network Requirement

The disk array connects to the CX311 over the fibre channel (FC) port on the CX311 panel, and a user logs in to the switch module and configures the fibre channel over Ethernet (FCoE) feature data, as shown in Figure 10-58.

Configuration Plan
Perform the configuration as follows:
  1. Configure FCoE feature data.
  2. Configure the ACL to avoid the Ethernet traffic burst.
