IPv4 Networking Example

An enterprise uses the file system service. The network is shown in Figure 2-11. On the network, both the front-end service and back-end storage networks are a 10GE network when P25/P36/P12/C36 nodes need to be deployed.

Front-End Service IP Address

13 IP addresses are required for interconnection with the front-end service network.

  • Assign two static front-end service IP addresses for each node, six IP addresses in total.
  • Assign one InfoEqualizer DNS IP address.
  • Assign n (n = Number of nodes x 2) dynamic front-end IP addresses to the IP address pool of InfoEqualizer, six IP addresses in total.
