Changing the Password of the Clean Script

The clean script is used to restore WushanFS to its factory settings. You are advised to periodically change the script password to eliminate information leakage.

The clean.sh script is used to set WushanFS to factory defaults, and its default password is Clean@storage. You are advised to change the password periodically.

The new passwordThe new verification code must meet the following complexity policy: it must be 8 to 32 characters in length and contains special characters and at least two types of lowercase letters, uppercase letters, and digits.

  1. Use the KVM to log in to a node as user root.
  2. Change the password of the clean script.

    1. Run cd /opt/huawei/deploy/script to go to the directory.
    2. Run ./clean.sh chpasswd and configure a new password when prompted.
