AC lost or out-of-range

This alarm is generated when the sensor detects that a PSU is installed but the power supply is interrupted or the input voltage is out of range.

Possible Causes

  • Power cables are not connected to the PSU.

  • The input voltage of the PSU is unstable.

  • The PSU is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the power cables are disconnected from the PSU.

    • If yes, go to 2.

    • If no, go to 3.

  2. Connect the power cables properly and adjust the input voltage to the normal range. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.

    • If no, go to 3.

  3. Remove and then install the PSU. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.

    • If no, go to 4.

  4. Replace the PSU. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If no, go to 5.
