Possible Causes

  • The front hard disk backplane is not installed properly.
  • The iBMC version, mainboard CPLD version, and backplane CPLD version do not match.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the front hard disk backplane is installed properly.

    • If yes, go to 2.

    • If no, go to 3.

  2. Upgrade the front hard disk backplane CPLD version. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.

    • If no, go to 4.

  3. Remove and reinstall the front hard disk backplane. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.

    • If no, go to 2.

  4. Upgrade the mainboard CPLD version. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.

    • If no, go to 5.

  5. Upgrade the iBMC version. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.

    • If no, go to 6.

  6. Contact Huawei technical support.
