ALM-0x1000000D Low Voltage in Mainboard RTC Battery (Mainboard, Major Alarm)


Alarm message:

Low voltage of RTC battery on the mainboard (PN: arg1).

From iBMC V316, the CPU and disk alarms will also include the SN and part umber and the mainboard and memory alarms will also include the part number.

This alarm is generated when the real-time clock (RTC) battery on the mainboard fails or the RTC battery voltage is low.

  1. Replace the RTC battery. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.
