Alarm message:

The remaining reserved blocks of the NAND flash are less than arg1. 

This alarm is generated when the number of reserved blocks available for the NAND flash is less than the threshold.



Only iBMC V296 and later support this alarm.

Threshold of the number of reserved NAND flash blocks available, for example, 10.

Impact on the System

The board is affected.

Possible Causes

The number of reserved NAND flash blocks available is less than the threshold.


  1. Replace the NAND flash. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.

    • If no, go to 2.

  2. Contact Huawei technical support.
