Impact on the System

The PCIe card on the riser card cannot be used, and related services are interrupted.

Possible Causes

The PCIe Riser card is faulty.


  1. Replace the faulty riser card. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.

    • If no, go to 2.

  2. Contact Huawei technical support.
