During the device startup, press Ctrl+B to enter the BootROM menu. Press Ctrl+E to enter the test menu to test the SDRAM and flash memory. If a component is faulty, call Huawei customer service hotline and send a return ticket.
Select the cause "F060 Spare Part return for testing" in the return ticket.
If the customer wants to return and repair the original part, select the cause "F064 Original parts return for test".
If the component is normal according to the test result, call Huawei customer service hotline or contact maintenance engineers to determine whether an upgrade or other configuration is required.
If the fault persists, contact technical support personnel.
