After the preceding commands are executed, user logs and diagnostic logs are saved in log.log and log.dblg formats, respectively, in the logfile directory. Transfer log files in logfile/ to your PC using FTP or TFTP by time segment. For details, see Transferring Files Using FTP/TFTP.
- This section uses an AC as an example. The method of obtaining logs on an AP is similar.
- Logs are saved in the date.time.log or date.time.dblg format in time sequence. After obtaining the log files, you can analyze the log files generated before and after a fault occurs to locate the fault.
- To export user logs and diagnostic logs in V200R008C10 and later versions, run the save logfile command.
- After logging in to an AP through the Bluetooth serial port, enable the log recording function to save operation logs.
- After logs are collected, exit and find the newly collected logs in the historical records.
- Send the collected information by email.
