Checking the AC Status
Check Criteria
The CPU usage and memory usage of the AC are lower than 80%, and the temperature of the AC is within the range of –5°C to +50°C.
Procedure
- Log in to the web system, and choose Monitoring > AC > AC to check whether the AC is working properly.
- Check whether the CPU usage and memory usage of the AC are lower than 80%.
If the CPU usage or memory usage is high, observe the CPU usage or memory usage for 5–10 minutes. If it remains high, record the CPU usage and memory usage data and contact your agent or Huawei global service hotline.
- Check whether the AC temperature is in the range of –5°C to +50°C (23°F to 122°F).
If the AC temperature is out of the operating temperature range, check whether fans of the AC are running normally and whether the ambient temperature is in the normal range. High temperature may cause damage to the device board. If the temperature keeps increasing and exceeds the upper threshold, the device will be powered off automatically, causing service interruption.
