What Are the Requirements for Pole Dimensions When an Outdoor AP Is Installed on a Pole?
To allow the installation of an outdoor AP, a pole must have a diameter from 48 mm to 114 mm and thickness of no less than 2.5 mm.
If the diameter of the pole for installing an AP is larger than 114 mm, the customer needs to purchase hose clamps longer than 114 mm. Huawei's hose clamps (part number: 21150810) supporting a diameter from 114 mm to 220 mm or those (part number: 21150804) supporting a diameter from 114 mm to 381 mm are recommended.
