Contacting Huawei Technical Support
If you find it difficult to determine or solve the problem during maintenance or troubleshooting by referring to related documents, you can collect the fault information and then contact the technical support.
Collecting Information
Collect the following information:
- Fault occurrence time, network topology, operations triggering the fault, fault symptom, measures that you have taken and results, and affected services

- Logs generated when the fault occurs. For the method of obtaining log information, see (Mandatory) Collecting Log Information.
