What Are the Precautions for WDS Backhaul?
- The number of mesh points (MPs) ranges from 2 to 6.
- When the backhaul distance is less than 1 km, one mesh portal point (MPP) can connect to as many as six MPs.
- When the backhaul distance is from 1 km to 3 km, it is recommended that one MPP connects to no more than three MPs.
- When the backhaul distance is greater than 3 km, P2MP transmission is not recommended.
