A noise is heard when the device is shaken.
Possible Causes
The device is bumped or falls off from a high place.
Procedure
- Determine the position from which a noise is heard and record the symptom in the information returned in the RMA ticket.
- Check whether the device shell is damaged or distorted.
- Return the device for repair, and select the cause "F009 Damaged by irresistible natural force" in the return receipt. Pack the returned device using the standard method to prevent new damages to the device.
