Collecting STA Online Information
Checking Whether the STA Goes Online Successfully
Check information on the AC.

- Collect data entries of the STA on the AC.
[AC6605-diagnose] display wlan wsta display sta-data by-mac 148f-c661-b424
Entries can be queried on the AC only when the STA is accessing the network or after the STA accesses the network.
Collect trace information on the AC and AP.
Trace information is collected by simulating the live network in the lab, not including historical online and offline records.
- On the AC
- Collect trace information.

Collect debugging information on the AC.
Debugging information is collected by simulating the live network in the lab, not including historical online and offline records. After the debugging function is enabled, a large amount of debugging information will be displayed, which may affect services. You are advised to enable debugging during onsite tests or light-traffic periods. Disable debugging immediately after information is collected.

Check user entries on the AP.
- Check user entries on the Wi-Fi side.
[ap-1-diagnose] display interface radio radio-id vap vap-id list
radio-id: 0-1. 0 indicates the 2.4 GHz radio, and 1 indicates the 5 GHz radio.
vap-id: 0-15. Check the WLAN ID of the VAP profile bound to an AP radio on the AC, and determine the VAP ID through the formula: VAP ID = WLAN ID - 1
For example, if the WLAN ID of the VAP profile bound to the 2.4 GHz radio is 1, the command output is as follows:
[ap-10-diagnose] display interface radio 0 vap 0 list ADDR AID CHAN TXRATE RXRATE RSSI IDLE TXSEQ RXSEQ SKIP NORML CAPS ACAPS ERP STATE HTCAPS f06b-ca63-313d 1 1 41M 54M 61 0 5 1680 0 0 EPSs 0 40017 Q

Checking Historical STA Online and Offline Records
Check offline records on the AC.

Terminal behavior must be considered in offline cause location. In most of the cases, the causes located are the direct causes, such as STA disassociation and authentication failure, which require further analysis based on the actual scenarios.
Check offline records on the AP.
[ap-1-diagnose] display statrace info //Export STA association traces to a file. [ap-1-diagnose] quit [ap-1] quit <ap-1> more trace_info.txt
Collecting STA Service Interruption Information
Check whether the STA passes authentication.
<AC6605> display access-user
Check whether the STA can properly obtain an IP address and ping the gateway.
Check whether the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) runs properly.
- Check the ARP function on terminals, such as PCs.
C:\Users\XXX> arp -a
- Check the ARP function on the AC or switch.
<AC6605> display arp all
