Using eDesk Pro for Network Inspection and Troubleshooting
Context
Preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs) are performed to inspect devices of a site proactively and periodically with the purpose of knowing the device status. eDesk Pro is a lightweight maintenance tool developed for enterprise datacom products. It helps maintenance engineers quickly and comprehensively analyze fault information when a network device is faulty. With eDesk Pro, engineers can inspect devices on the live network to detect potential faults in advance, ensuring normal device running.
- Log in to Huawei enterprise website at http://support.huawei.com/enterprise.
- Enter eDesk Pro in the search box and click the product path automatically displayed below the search box. The product page is displayed.
- Click the Software Download tab and download the software of the required version.
- Click the Documentation tab and obtain eDesk Pro documents.
