Why Cannot the Web Login Page Be Displayed?
Check whether the IP address of the terminal is correct, the IP address of the terminal can be pinged, an agent is configured for the browser, and the terminal configuration is correct.
- To log in to the web system using HTTP, check that the http server enable command is configured and http secure-server enable is not configured.
- To access the web system through HTTPS, check the following configurations:
- Check whether the http server enable, http secure-server enable, and http secure-server ssl-policy ssl-policy-name configurations exist.
- Run the display ssl policy ssl-policy-name command to check whether the PKI configuration is correct and whether the certificate is successfully loaded.
If the certificate fails to be loaded, run the display elabel command to check whether the electronic label is loaded. If not, load the electronic label. If the web system still cannot be opened after the electronic label is loaded, clear the browser cache.
