The X6800 can be flexibly configured with different types of server nodes. You can choose server nodes based on service requirements.

XH620 V3

The XH620 V3 server node (XH620 V3 for short) is a dual-socket 4U8 compute server node for X6800 servers. It provides high performance and storage density while breaking through power limits. The XH620 V3 is easy to manage and maintain.

The XH620 V3 provides three types of flexible configurations on the front panel:

  • Two Front 2.5-inch SATA or SAS HDDs or SSDs + One HHHL PCIe card.
  • Four front 2.5 SATA or SAS HDDs or SSDs, or NVMe PCIe SSDs.
NOTE:

In this configuration, the Server Node also supports up to two non-volatile memory express (NVMe) PCIe SSDs. However, you must install NVMe PCIe SSD expansion cards. The NVMe SSD slots can also hold SAS or SATA HDDs.

  • Two Build-in 3.5-inch Non-Hot-Swap SATA HDDs.

Figure 2-12 shows a 4U8 server node – XH620 V3.

XH622 V3

The XH622 V3 server node (XH622 V3 for short) is a two-socket 4U4 general processing unit (GPU) node for the X6800. It provides high performance, storage density, and energy efficiency. The XH622 V3 is easy to manage and maintain.

Figure 2-13 shows a 4U4 server node – XH622 V3.

XH628 V3

The XH628 V3 server node (XH628 V3 for short) is a dual-socket 4U4 storage server node for X6800 servers. It provides high performance and storage density while breaking through power limits. The XH628 V3 is easy to manage and maintain.

The XH628 V3 provides two types of flexible configurations on the front panel:

  • Two 2.5-inch SATA HDDs or SSDs.
  • Two standard half-height half-length (HHHL) PCIe cards.

Figure 2-14 shows a 4U4 server node – XH628 V3.
