This topic describes all sensor commands.

When setting the sensor parameters, you need to query the status of the sensor by referring to Querying the Information About All the Sensors (sensor -d list). The parameters are unavailable if they are displayed as na.

Querying the Information About All the Sensors (sensor -d list)

The sensor -d list command is used to query the information about all the sensors.

Function

The test command is used to simulate the sensor status or sensor value to generate an alarm.
