Synchronizing Remote Status

Synchronizing Remote Status

You can synchronize data from a remote storage system to a local storage system. The data includes status and name of the secondary resource, name of the remote storage system, and so on.


  • The connection between the local storage system and remote storage system is normal.
  • A remote replication pair is created.


  1. Go to the Remote Replication management page.
    1. On the right navigation bar, click .

      The Data Protection page is displayed.

    2. In the Data Protection page, click Remote Replication.

      The Remote Replication page is displayed.

    3. Select Remote Replication tab.
  2. Choose More > Synchronize Remote Status.

    The Success dialog box is displayed indicating that the operation succeeded.

  3. Click OK.
