Obtaining a Revocation Code

You can perform the operations described in this topic to obtain a revocation code when:

  • The ESN changes because the eSight server MAC is changed, and you want to obtain a new license file.
  • An error occurred during license self-service operations and you want to roll back to a previous step.

The license revocation code can be obtained only when the ESN is changed in the commercial license scenario. In the temporary license scenario, the ESDP does not support this change.


  1. Log in to eSight as an administrator and choose System > System Management > License Management.
  2. Click Revoke License on the License Management page.

  3. In the dialog box that is displayed, click OK to obtain the revocation code.
