Diagnostics

Diagnostics

Diagnostics record the non-query events in the operation process, including non-query user activities and commands. These events can help you maintain eSpace 8950, locate faults, and audit events.

The system diagnostics reported by eSpace 8950 record the key information about eSpace 8950. Diagnostics fall into four levels in descending order by importance: error, warning, info and debug Their definitions are as follows:

  • error: Diagnostics at this level record unexpected data or events that have great impact and may lead to partial failure in operation and follow-up services.
  • warning: Diagnostics at this level record events that are generated when the system status differs from the expected. However, this kind of events does not affect system running.
  • info: Diagnostics at this level record system status information during the normal system running.
  • debug: Diagnostics at this level record debugging information.
