The device administrator can run the qos gts cir cir-value [ cbs cbs-value ] command on the interface from which L2TP users go online. The administrator is advised to set cir-value based on the actual rate of the physical interface and cbs-value to 1500. This can prevent invalidation of L2TP user detection packets in case of traffic burst.
