After Portal Authentication Is Enabled, Some Well-Known Websites Cannot Be Opened

Many well-known websites such as Google and Baidu use Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS). When users visit these websites, it is required that users be redirected to the Portal authentication page so that Portal authentication can be performed and the users can normally access the network.

You can run the portal https-redirect enable command to enable the HTTPS redirection function of Portal authentication. With this function, unauthenticated Portal users can be redirected to the Portal authentication page when they access websites using HTTPS.
