Common Cause Solution

When you press Ctrl+B to display the BootROM menu, the router fails to start. After entering the BootROM menu to complete the configuration, directly restart the router or restart the router using a specified system software. If you do not restart the router, the router remains in suspended state. As a result, the router fails to start.

Check whether the system software is correct. If not, configure correct system software and restart the router.

The system software does not exist or is damaged.

Contact technical support personnel.

The BootROM is damaged.

Initialization fails.
